WOMEN EMPOWERMENT SCHEME
The WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (WES) is a unique program developed to empower and aid lowest income earners amongst women aged 40 & above. Specifically designed and structured for market women, petty traders, widows, and mothers displaced by natural disasters or economic crises, the women are grouped, trained, empowered, and deployed with consistent follow up to ensure businesses established by and for these women are stable enough to sustain them and their homes. The project currently runs across Lagos Nigeria and is projected to spread across Africa before 2025.
STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
STEP is an entrepreneurship program launched to foster the creative entrepreneurial passion among students of tertiary universities, engaging minds to think towards sustainable projects for national development and Africa at large. The project has seen the rise of both local and enterprise solutions from its young and youthful participants who go through the YLA (YouLead Africa) process of training, engagement, and empowerment to improve the ideas of each student. The project is currently being run across all states in Nigeria.
YOULEAD ENTREPRENEURSHIP EMPOWERMENT SCHEME
The YOULEAD AFRICA ENTREPRENEURSHIP EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM is a 6week training and empowerment program designed to empower entrepreneurs with the requisite skill to scale up their businesses. YouLead partners with professional training bodies to train and certify its participants through already mapped out tested processes over time. The program has seen successful participants emerge into successful businesses and prospective enterprise solutions across Nigeria. Offering partnerships, businesses are being scaled to enable entrance into other countries in Africa.
